Las Vegas rockers the Killers inaugurated the AIDS-fighting (RED)WIRE music service this week, by releasing their new Christmas single, "Joseph, Better You Than Me," featuring contributions from Neil Tennant of influential electro-pop outfit Pet Shop Boys and piano rock legend Elton John.
